Features of Fecal Suction Truck
1. Our fecal suction truck is sanitary equipment, and mainly composed of power takeoff, transmission shaft, vacuum pump, manure tank, pipe networks, vacuum pressure gauge, visible window for sewage, and hand-washing facility.

Applications of Fecal Suction Truck
The fecal suction truck is widely used to transport liquid manure, slurries, crude oils, and other liquid with small suspending impurity, and mainly used in such conditions, including septic tanks, gutters, sewers, toilets, and more.

Operational Procedure of Fecal Suction Truck

Feces-filling Operation
1. Place the truck at the operating spot as close as possible.
2. Put soil pipes into septic tanks as deep as possible, and make sure the pipe is below 300mm under liquid level.
3. Make the handle bar of four-way valve is perpendicular to the ground.
4. Place derailleur into the middle position, start the engine, push down on the clutch pedal, and then pull back the switch of power take off. After that, the vacuum pump begins to operate.
5. Start the alarm annunciator. When the whole process is finished, the alarm annunciator will automatically alarm audibly and visually.
6 The operator should keep a close watch on the whole process. When liquid level reaches the middle position of observation mirror, he or she should notice the driver immediately. Then the driver will pull power takeoff into idle position and cut off power. After that, the vacuum pump stops working.
7. Wash soil pipes, and then place them into the case.
8. Drive the truck away from the operating spot.

Discharge Operation
1. Place soil pipes into septic tanks.
2. Make the handle bar of four-way valve parallel to the ground.
3. Place derailleur into the middle position, start the engine, push down on the clutch pedal, and then pull back the switch of power take off. After that, the vacuum pump begins to operate.
4. After the liquid manure is discharged, the driver will pull power takeoff into idle position. Then the vacuum pump stops working.
5. Wash soil pipes, and then place them into the case.
6. Drive the truck away from the operating spot.
