The bulk cement truck is a specialist vehicle modified from a truck for transporting bulk cement, coal ash, lime powder, plastics, metal powder, chemical powder and other dry granulate materials. It is mainly used in cement factories and large construction sites.

1. Our bulk cement truck is composed of chassis, metal tank body, air compressor, power takeoff, air circuit, feeding device, and discharge device.

The chassis is manufactured by some domestic famous companies, such as China Dongfeng Automobile Company, China Dongfeng Motor Limited Company, China Dongfeng Automobile Limited Liability Company, FAW Jiefang, Sino Truck, Beiqi Foton Motor, Hualing Heavy-duty Truck, Northern Benz, Shaanxi Automobile, Jianghuai Automobile, and Jiangling Motors.
3. The tank body is circular, and made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. It can be designed with single silo or multi silos to load different dry granulate materials, and unload materials through air pockets or fluidized bed.
4. The adoption of numerical control automatic longitudinal welding technology and arc butt welding technology for end socket makes our tank have strong impact resistance.

Working principles of Bulk Cement Truck
The bulk cement truck first uses motor to start the air compressor, and then send compressed air into air chamber below seal pot through pipes. After dry granulate materials on fluidized bed changes into flow state and air pressure inside the tank reaches the rated pressure, users can open discharge valve. After that, fluidized materials will be conveyed by flowing gas inside the pipes.

The discharging speed could reach 1.1-1.3t/min when the working pressure is 0.2Mpa. The residual ratio is 3‰.
