1. The chassis is manufactured by some domestic famous companies, such as China Dongfeng Automobile Company, China Dongfeng Motor Limited Company, China Dongfeng Automobile Limited Liability Company, FAW Jiefang, Sino Truck, Beiqi Foton Motor, Hualing Heavy-duty Truck, Northern Benz, Shaanxi Automobile, Jianghuai Automobile, and Jiangling Motors.
2. Main components such as oil pump, hydraulic motor, reduction gear, and radiator are purchased from some international well-known companies, including Eton from America, Bonfiglioli from Italy, Rexroth from Germany, and more. This guarantees the quality of our concrete mixer truck.
3. The tank body is made by advanced productive technology, and its capacity could be 3m3, 4 m3, 6 m3, 8 m3, 9 m3, 10 m3, or 12 m3. Besides, its three-dimensional blade adopts mould forming technology, and its shape is similar to logarithmic helical line.
4. The fluid power system adopts imported equipment form Germany and Japan.
5. The water system provides water by using pressure.
6. The mixing drum is pear-shaped. Designed with duplex curved blades, our concrete mixer truck can use different blades in different cone sections. This effectively improves the quality of concrete. Besides, the mixing drum is installed at low angle of inclination, which reduces the center of gravity and guarantees a riding stability.
7. The handling device is composed of flexible shaft manipulator and link manipulator. The link manipulator can be manipulated at multi points.
8. The feed hopper and discharge chute can complete a 180º spin in horizontal direction to meet different dumped position needs.
9. The surface of tank body is coated with two layers of polyurethane finishing coat. The adoption of baking finish makes our concrete mixer truck looks more beautiful.
10. The concrete mixer truck has properties of aesthetic appearance, quick discharging, no residue, low center of gravity, high working efficiency and reliable performance.
